So I connected with a load of new people in my niche, increased my Twitter engagement and got on the radar of an influential social media expert. And it cost me NOTHING!
Last week Twitter announced these two new Direct Message features,
"...to help businesses create rich, responsive, full-service experiences that directly advance the work of customer service teams and open up new possibilities for how people engage with businesses in Twitter".
