Each year I'm determined to attend Social Media Marketing World (#SMMW17) in San Diego where the world's most influential social media & digital marketing experts gather for four days of networking, seminars and talks.
However, I can't bear the thought of sitting on a plane for hours on end so I have to make do with what I can glean from Twitter.
