Who are we?

We have a team of professional Virtual Assistants who have all worked as senior legal PAs at law firms in Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and Reading.  As such they are all highly trustworthy and approachable ladies who understand the need for speed and accuracy.

  • Nicky Pasquier: (Founder/Owner) Nicky has a B.A. in English Literature and has worked as a senior legal PA/Paralegal in Civil Litigation in Bristol and Reading.  She founded Virtuoso Assistant in 2014 and is loving every minute of running her own business. 

Since a lot of Nicky's day is spent sitting behind a desk she regularly works out with kettlebells to de-stress and let off steam.  She is a keen supporter of Armed Forces Veterans and regularly donates to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, which nurtures and rehabilitates orphaned elephant calves (and ostriches, one giraffe, a hippo and various others!)

  • Pamela Wood: (Associate VA) is based in the South West of England and regularly works with a District Council to help them with various administrative tasks.  Pamela used to work as a senior legal PA in Bristol until she moved to Devon a few years ago.

I grew up on the beautiful Island of Anglesey.  Then I left to travel far and wide before settling in Bristol to become a secretary, a wife and a mother.  I spend my spare time in my sewing room making home furnishings to sell at craft fairs.  One of my great loves is typing, however!  I love typing up forms, lists, creating posters or spending time ensuring that pages and pages of a long legal statement finish neatly on the same line on each page. Very satisfying!”
