What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is just like an office-based Personal or Executive Assistant, except she is self-employed and works 'remotely' from a different location.
Since data is now stored digitally it can be accessed from any location at any time by logging on to a website with a password. Emails and diaries can be accessed remotely, and telephone calls can be transferred directly to a virtual assistant during busy periods.
Files can be sent quickly and confidentially from person to person using apps like DropBox or Google Drive. If you have confidential files containing sensitive data we provide a Client Login page with a unique password for each client.
